Cambodian Children's Assistance Network (CCAN)

WELCOME

Aloha and welcome to our website.

In 1997, my family and I traveled to Cambodia to adopt my daughter Samay, whose name means imagination and creativity in Khmer - the language of Cambodia.

My love for Samay motivated me to start a one-person NGO to support disadvantaged children in Cambodia. In additon to rasing money for programs, I also travel to Cambodia twice a year to assist the programs that CCAN helps to fund.

This has been a life changing experience. I  invite anyone to come  with me to Cambodia.

NB: Some of you will notice the name change from Palm Tree School Hawaii to CCAN. While the name has changed, the mission has not. I continue to raise  money  to support disadvantaged Cambodian children and visit there twice a year to lend a helping hand.
